At Toughees SA, we stand by the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure you find the perfect fit for your everyday adventures.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back into their original Toughees box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer or carton.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the parcel from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
